Shipping policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, Sendle and various couriers.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. For standard items, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Large, heavy, bulky, or long length items require custom shipping. This requirement needs to be calculated manually, so please call us on (03) 9580 2446 to discuss.

Remote areas of Australia including Darwin, Northern Western Australia, Northern Queensland and Islands may incur a surcharge. Please call us on (03) 9580 2446 to discuss.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days.
If an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Prices do not include insurance - all our goods are sold ex-factory and therefore insurance is your responsibility. Please ensure you have adequate cover for any products ordered.
